Refund Policy

At TowMe, we are committed to providing prompt, reliable, and customer-friendly roadside assistance and towing services. We understand that circumstances may arise where our services are no longer required or may not meet expectations. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to handling such scenarios in a fair and transparent manner.
1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Service Not Rendered: If the service was booked and paid for but not initiated due to unavailability, technical failure, or scheduling error on our part.
- Double Payment: If a customer has been charged twice for the same booking due to a system or payment gateway error.
- Service Denial or Refusal: If our team refuses service without any valid reason after booking confirmation.
- Cancellation Within Grace Time: If a customer cancels the service within 5 minutes of booking and our towing vehicle hasn’t been dispatched.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following are non-refundable circumstances:
- Once the towing vehicle has been dispatched or has reached the location, even if the service is not availed.
- Service issues caused by incorrect information shared by the customer (e.g., wrong location, vehicle type).
- Delays caused by traffic or weather conditions, which are beyond our control.
- Cancellations made after dispatch or on arrival, unless due to verified fault from TowMe.
- Custom or emergency towing services requested under special circumstances.
3. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may issue a partial refund, based on:
- Nature of complaint and investigation outcome.
Partial refunds are at the sole discretion of TowMe’s grievance team, and final amounts will be informed after review.
4. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund:
- Please write to us at help@towme.in within 24 hours of the incident, with:
- Your Booking ID
- Phone number
- Reason for refund
- Any supporting documents or screenshots
Once the request is reviewed:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
5. Third-Party Payment Platforms
If you booked via third-party platforms (e.g., Google Maps, JustDial, WhatsApp integration):
- Refund policies of that respective platform may also apply.
- TowMe is not liable for platform-specific processing delays.
6. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy is prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws in India.
